Description
Baccio Pontelli is a Florentine architect of the XV century, a fortifier, a designer of the Sistine chapel project, a cabinetmaker and a master of inlaying technique. His wood pieces inspired us to create the model of wooden wall panels. The project was implemented together with Juanny Barcelo Borges, a designer. There was another impetus for the reinterpretation of Pontelli's inlaying work and architecture in the modern context. It was given by Salvatori, an iconic Italian brand that works with marble and natural stones. As a result of this synthesis of Italian classics and modern vision, a completely new design was born – a Pontelli decorative panel. It consists of the pairs of elements that mirror each other and create a strong composition.
The Pontelli wood panel is simple and at the same time – expressive, eco-friendly, and easy to customize in terms of a colour scheme and module location. All these advantages are key in the contemporary interior.
This panel is accompanied by a Pontelli furniture.
