Terms of conditions 


1. General provision


1.1. This contract defines the terms of use by Users (Buyers) of the materials and services of the site https://yourforest.ua/ (hereinafter - the site, online store, seller)

1.2. This Public Offer Agreement is public, that is, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its conditions are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (natural person, legal person, natural person - entrepreneur). In full agreement with this Agreement, the User (Buyer) accepts the conditions and procedure for placing an order, paying for goods, delivering goods and being responsible for non-fulfillment of the terms of this agreement.

1.3. The offer (offer to conclude this contract) is valid indefinitely, taking into account the conditions set forth in this offer, until the Site Administration terminates its validity or replaces this offer with a new edition.

1.4. The site administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The amended contract enters into force from the moment of its publication on the website. The User (Buyer) cannot offer his terms, but can only join the offered offer.

1.5. In accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, full and undisputed acceptance of the terms of the public contract (acceptance), i.e. the public offer of the site, is the fact of placing an order by clicking on the "Place order" link in the shopping cart, as well as in the case of paying for the order in the amount of 100% under the terms of this agreement.

1.6. The public offer is also accepted (accepted by the Buyer) upon registration of the Buyer on the website of the online store. By registering on the YOURFOREST company website, independently choosing a LOGIN and PASSWORD for access to the online store (site), the Buyer thereby confirms that he agrees with:

  • the terms of this public contract;
  • with contact data and details of the Seller;
  • regulations on the processing and protection of personal data in personal data bases, the owner of which is the Seller;
  • with the prices and pricing policy of the Seller;
  • with terms of product delivery;
  • with warranty terms and warranty obligations of the Seller.


2. Registration on the website


2.1. To place an order and use the full range of services offered by YOURFOREST, the User (Buyer) can go through the registration procedure on the website and enter the necessary data in the questionnaire.

2.2. When registering on the website, the User (Buyer) is obliged to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details for the company to fulfill its obligations and deliver the ordered goods. The User (Buyer) is responsible for the consequences of providing inaccurate information.

2.3. In the process of registration on the website, the User (Buyer) specifies a login and password, the security of which he is responsible for. For actions performed on his behalf. The User (Buyer) is solely responsible for the use of his login and password.

2.4. By registering on the YOURFOREST company website, independently choosing a LOGIN and PASSWORD for access to the online store (site), the Buyer thereby confirms that he agrees with:

the terms of this public contract;

with contact data and details of the Seller;

provisions on the processing and protection of personal data in personal data bases owned by the seller;

with the prices and pricing policy of the Seller;

with terms of product delivery;

with warranty terms and warranty obligations of the Seller


3. Privacy and personal data


3.1. The information provided by the User (Buyer) is confidential. The site administration uses this information for the purpose of fulfilling the User's (Buyer's) order, unless other purposes are specified in the contract.

3.2. By registering on the website of the company YOURFOREST, independently choosing a LOGIN and PASSWORD for access to the online store (site), the User (Buyer) gives his consent to the collection and processing of his personal data for the following purpose: processing and sending the order, receiving information about the order, sending by telecommunication means communications (SMS, e-mail, messages on Viber or Instagram) advertising and special offers about promotions, giveaways, new products and any other information about the marketing activities of YOURFOREST.

3.3. For the purpose provided for in this paragraph, YOURFOREST has the right to send e-mails, SMS messages and call the phone number specified when placing an order or registering on the website.

3.4. The user (Buyer) consents to the use of cookie technology. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read information from the User's (Buyer's) hard drive. Cookies are used to improve the quality of the service: quick identification of the User (Buyer), saving settings, personal preferences, etc. If the user disables the cookie technology, the administration does not guarantee the functioning of all site services.

3.5. The User (Buyer) gives the Site Administration permission to process his personal data, including: placing his personal data in the database and storing, updating or changing them (without additional notification). The administration undertakes to ensure data protection against unauthorized access by third parties and not to transfer data except when it is necessary for the direct processing of this data and at the mandatory request of competent state authorities.

3.6. In the event that the User (Buyer) does not wish to receive notifications about promotions and new products of the company, he can refuse them by informing the Administration.


4. Order registration procedure


4.1. The buyer places the order in the online store on his own. The Buyer is responsible for the ordering process and product selection. After placing the order, the Buyer is sent a confirmation to the specified e-mail address, which contains all the details of the order, including terms of payment and delivery, and SMS to the specified phone number with the order number and details for payment. When placing an order via Facebook, Instagram or by phone, the notification is made using the appropriate communication channel.


5. Limitation of the Administration's responsibility


5.1. The administration is not responsible for possible inaccuracies and typos in the materials on the website. The administration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information. All materials are presented on an "as is" basis.

5.2. The administration is not responsible for damage, losses or expenses caused by the use or inability to use the site.

5.3. The site administration is not responsible for:

5.3.1. Delays or disruptions in the transaction due to malfunctions in telecommunications, computer or electrical systems.

5.3.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays related to their work.

5.3.3. Proper functioning of the site, if the User does not have the appropriate technical means for its use.


6. Exclusive rights


6.1. All objects available with the help of site services, incl. design elements, text, graphic images, videos, databases and other objects or content posted on the site are subject to the exclusive rights of YourFoRest Administration. .

6.2. The User's use of elements of the content of the services or content for personal non-commercial use is allowed under the condition of preserving information about authorship, preserving the name/title of the Rightholder and the corresponding object without changes.
