Delivery and returns
1. PREPARATION OF THE ORDER
1.1 We need 21 working days for EASY STORY collection and 60 working days for other products to fulfill your order. Please remember that manufacturing and shipping are two different processes that have their own terms and conditions. The terms and amount of delivery depend on the country, dimensions and weight of the order. Please contact YourFoRest - info@yourforest.ua in advance to clarify the cost and possibility of delivery of your order.
1.2. Please pay special attention to writing the details of the order. We are not responsible for errors in order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling errors or incorrect addresses.
2. PAYMENTS
2.1 For your shopping convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers worldwide. Prices are in USD and EUR in EUR. The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient in advance.
3. TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
3.1 If your delivery country charges local taxes or customs duties, they will be charged when the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these costs. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. For more information, contact your local customs office.

4. RETURNS
4.1. If your purchase is not exactly what you were looking for, you have 14 days (according to Ukrainian law) from the moment of purchase to return or exchange the product. Please note that this is possible while preserving the integrity of the packaging and the originality of the product.
4.2. If the items or packaging has been used beyond the inspection limit, you will be responsible for any decrease in value of the items caused by the use. When we receive the goods, we will inform you if there has been a loss of value of the product and whether the refund will be less than the price paid.
4.3. Shipping and packing charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
- Shipping costs are not refunded for parcels that have been accepted or cannot be delivered.
- If the items are in good condition but you still wish to return or exchange them, the buyer is responsible for direct and return shipping costs.
- If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be resold as new, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund that will not include round trip logistics costs. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

4.4. The conditions of return and exchange do not apply to goods made by individual order (toning, change of dimensions, etc.) According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" of May 12, 1991 No. 1023-XII (as amended and supplemented), the right to return goods, made to individual order is not provided.
Specifically, Article 9 of this Law establishes a list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar good of proper quality. Among them is the product manufactured according to the individual order of the consumer.
Therefore, if the product, manufactured to an individual order, meets the terms of the contract and has the appropriate quality and properties, then the consumer has no right to return it.
5. DEFECT OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the product is damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace and/or provide a refund depending on the nature of the damage or fault.
5.1 If you notice any damage to your product, please notify the courier, sign the inspection receipt and send an email to info@yourforest.ua within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your report along with images so we can quickly evaluate your case.
5.2 If the product arrives damaged, please refrain from assembling the product before contacting us for further advice and instructions. Collected products void any claims for damage.
5.3 Please note that if the product is returned to us if necessary, it MUST be properly packaged to avoid further malfunction or damage. Items will be inspected upon return and if further damage is caused due to poor packaging, refunds will be forfeited.
