Wabi-sabi: the aesthetics of Japanese design
Wabi-sabi Japanese aesthetics is based on theteachings of Zen Buddhism - the rigor, asceticism, love to nature. Manyprogressive designers are pleased with the ideals of Japanese philosophy, andthey were able to understand the deep meaning of wabi-sabi and to love itssimplicity and asymmetry.

Rooms are decorated in natural neutral colors. At first glance it may seem that you were not in the house, but in the cave, inthe rock, where the main role is given to the hearth and the place to rest. Youcan hardly find any décor here. The decor is almost absent. In contrast to thecold stone stands the dark, aged wood. The wood imperfections emphasize the placeuniqueness, enhance the connection with nature, the room filled with a strongcharacter and love to life.
